At Jones Road Beauty, we want you to love your routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products that didn't quite meet your expectations. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Indicate whether you would like to exchange your item for a different shade, receive a store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring the new label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
